S&R Warranty

Products as manufactured, constructed, or assembled by S & R Controls L.P. hereafter described as “The Company,” are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from date of startup or eighteen (18) months from date of shipment from “The Company” whichever is lesser, against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship which develop in the service for which they are designed, provided the products are installed and used in accordance with any applicable instructions or limitations issued by “The Company.”

We will repair or replace defective material, free of charge prepaid, provided that after inspection, material is found to have been defective at the time of shipment and is expressly conditioned on the purchaser giving “The Company” immediate written notice upon discovery of the defect.

The warranty shall not apply if the product has been altered or repaired by such other and “The Company” shall make no allowance or credit for such alterations unless authorized in writing by “The Company.” The foregoing warranty is the only warranty applicable to these products and any other agreements, representations or warranties, oral or written, are hereby disclaimed. No other expressed or implied warranties or merchantability andfitness for a particular use are in force.

We assume no liability for consequential damages of any kind. We do not assume liability for damages or charges for labor or expenses in making repairs or adjustments. We assume no liability for damages sustained in the adoption or use of our engineering data services.

Our liability is limited to material replacement F.O.B. Garland, Texas, U.S.A.

Cancellation or suspension of orders by the purchases is subject to our express written consent. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs up to the time of cancellation or suspension.
